Delivery & Returns

At Louis Coca we pride ourselves on customer service, which we believe should reflect the quality of our footwear itself.

If your desired items are in stock we will aim to send these out within the next working day. However, there may be circumstances when the product will need to be made especially for your feet. With this scenario the order will be sent to our family home in Romania and shipped to the UK and then onward to your doorstep in approximately 2-3 weeks. We will always inform you of this at the time of purchase.

We deliver to most countries; however local import duties and additional charges may be payable on receipt. For orders placed outside the UK, please note that you are responsible for any import duties and clearance fees (where applicable) in your own country and for checking the duties and clearance fees with your local authorities.

Louis Coca offer a full exchange or money-back guarantee on all unworn goods returned to us within 14 days of the purchase date along with a valid receipt. However, shoes showing any evidence of being worn, including scuffed soles, are not eligible for return.

Please note: We will only refund the customer the initial delivery charge if the product is found to be faulty.

Returning your order is a bit different depending on where you are in the world. For UK orders you’ll have a return label attached. We allow 14 days to receive returns back to our warehouse, once we receive your return we will send you a confirmation email and issue you a refund/exchange.

Take your item(s) back to our store in Camden Town along with your Packing Invoice and completed Returns Note for an exchange for same item in different size or colour or A refund via credit note to spend in store or if you want a refund to your original payment method, our store team will send the item(s) back to us on your behalf.

During sale periods, the customer will be responsible for the return delivery fee and any import duties and clearance fees (where applicable). Please contact us for further information if this is unclear.

All items are checked prior to dispatch, but should you receive an item that has been damaged during transit, you must contact us immediately.

We kindly ask you to place a note about your reason for return in the parcel. This will enable us to accurately and quickly handle your return.

All items can be made to order when a specific size or colour is not available. These items will be non-refundable. Should you return them, you will receive a credit note for the amount you paid for future purchases in our store and online.

When packing your shoes, use the original packing sleeve and shoe box. Liability of a parcel remains with the sender until received by Louis Coca.

Should you wish to have your order delivered to an address other than your card billing address please state this in the ‘Delivery Address’ section. Items which are sent to another address may be subject to confirmation with the card holder.
